Huawei Pocket 2 was launched in China on Thursday, February 22nd. It is the first clamshell foldable smartphone to feature four rear camera units. The sensor is placed with a circular module in the top left corner of the back panel, with another circular cutout below it that holds the handset’s 1.15-inch cover display. Huawei Pocket 2 Specifications, Features

The internal display of the Huawei Pocket 2 features a 6.94-inch LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 2,690 x 1,136 pixels, variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz, PWM dimming rate of 1,440Hz, touch sampling rate of 300Hz, peak. The brightness is 2,200 nits and the aspect ratio is 21:9. The cover screen, on the other hand, uses a 1.15-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. In the camera department, Huawei’s Pocket 2 is equipped with a quad rear camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with support for optical image stabilization (OIS). It is also equipped with a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 2-megapixel hyperspectral camera. The hole-punch slot located at the top center of the internal display houses a 10.7-megapixel front-facing camera sensor.

The company has also equipped the Huawei Pocket 2 with a 4,520mAh battery that supports 66W wired, 40W wireless and 7.5W wireless reverse charging. The phone also supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and USB Type-C connectivity. It is rated IPX8 for splash resistance. It weighs approximately 202 and is 7.25mm thick when unfolded and 15.3mm when folded.
