The Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series is expected to launch in India in April. The lineup is expected to include the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G, which were released worldwide in March of this year. The phone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity chipset and a 108-megapixel triple rear camera unit. The Indian variant of the phone is expected to share similar specifications with the global model. Infinix also revealed the color options and some key features of the upcoming phone. Meanwhile, a report has revealed the exact release date of the phone.

According to a 91Mobiles Hindi report, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series may launch in India on April 12. The report added that the price and sale details of the phone will be released on the same day. The Flipkart microsite for mobile phones has already been confirmed to be available on the e-commerce site.

The microsite has now been updated with some new details about the phone. It confirms that the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series models will be launched with All-Round FastCharge 2.0 technology, which will enable 100W wired hyper charging, 20W wireless Mag charging, and wireless reverse charging. The phone has been confirmed to be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery.

Infinix’s Note 40 Pro 5G series phones are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM, expandable up to 12GB. It also features Infinix’s X1 Cheetah chipset and a 120Hz curved AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

The Indian variant of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series smartphone comes with voice recognition AI enabled Active Halo lighting. The phone will be launched in Obsidian Black, Titan Gold, and Vintage Green color options. In the optical department, it will be equipped with a 108-megapixel triple rear camera unit and a 32-megapixel front camera with 3x lossless zoom.

Notably, the global version of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G has been launched at $289 (approximately Rs. 24,000), while the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G starts at $309 (approximately Rs. 25,000). The former is available in Titan Gold color while the latter is available in Obsidian Black option while both the handsets are available globally in Vintage Green color.
