(Seoul = Larose.VIP) Reporter Hwang Jae-ha = The new drama ‘Your Honor’, in which actors Son Hyun-joo and Kim Myung-min play the roles of a judge and the head of a criminal organization, will be released this summer.
Genie TV announced on the 22nd that ‘Your Honor’ is scheduled to air for the first time this summer as a follow-up to the currently airing Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Crash’.
The 12-episode ‘Crash’ will end on the 18th of next month if there are no changes to the programming. If it airs without a gap, the first broadcast date of ‘Your Honor’ will be June 24th.
‘Your Honor’ is a drama about the confrontation between two fathers who decide to become monsters for their children.
Son Hyun-joo plays Song Pan-ho, a judge who is respected by everyone for his warm personality, and Kim Myung-min plays the role of Kim Kang-heon, an overbearing and cruel crime boss.
Director Pyo Min-soo of ‘Moon Rising During the Day’ (2023), ‘The Third Charm’ (2018), ‘The Producers’ (2015), ‘Iris 2’ (2012), and ‘Full House’ (2004) serves as creator. Participating in the production, director Yoo Jong-seon of ‘Paper Moon’ (2023), ‘Eunsa and Joy’ (2021), and ’60 Days, Designated Survivor’ (2019) directs, and writer Kim Jae-hwan of ‘Boys’ Generation’ (2023) Write.
‘Your Honor’ is broadcast on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
