Liverpool could lose one of their most important players this summer as Real Madrid plan a blockbuster move for Jurgen Klopp when he leaves, while Manchester United ‘inquire’ in Saudi Arabia to see if they can sign the big man I did it. Euro Paper Talk includes Barcelona looking to land a second Arsenal player after Mikel Arteta.

Liverpool star stands out for Real Madrid

depart Jurgen Klopp from Liverpool As the report shows, this could have a huge impact on the senior team. Virgil van Dijk I’m about to leave for Real Madrid.

On Friday morning, Klopp announced that he was running out of energy as Liverpool manager and would leave Anfield at the end of the season.

Barcelona are doing everything they can to make him a replacement for Xavi ahead of next season. But it will be difficult for the German as he looks to take at least a year off the game.

Klopp’s departure has led to speculation that Liverpool’s key stars Van Dijk, Mo Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold could leave in the near future as all their contracts expire in the summer of 2025.

Van Dijk was recently asked whether he would extend his contract and become part of the new post-Klopp era. However, the centre-back left Liverpool fans worried with his somewhat uncertain response.

“That’s a big question. “Well, I don’t know.” he said.

Van Dijk added that the club have a ‘very big task’ to replace Klopp and his coaching staff and that he is ‘very curious’ to see what will happen in terms of Liverpool’s future and his own future.

Unsurprisingly, the Dutchman’s comments have alerted major European clubs to the possibility of signing him from Liverpool this summer.

Ancelotti is Klopp’s favorite signing

Madrid are hoping to ‘bomb’ Liverpool by making Van Dijk the new heart of their defence, according to a surprising report from Spain.

Los Blancos are tipped to ‘make a splash’ in the transfer market by sealing a big-money deal for him.

However, it is unclear how much Van Dijk could transfer. Liverpool originally spent £75 million on him, but as he is now 32, his value has fallen to £27.7 million in the transfer window.

Moreover, Liverpool will struggle to demand a hefty transfer fee from their captain if he refuses to extend his contract beyond 2025.

Van Dijk may be entering the twilight of his career, but he would still be a fantastic addition to Carlo Ancelotti’s squad. He could form a strong centre-back partnership with Antonio Rudig or Eder Militao, who is returning from ACL surgery.

Alexander-Arnold is the most likely of the aforementioned trio to remain at Liverpool, as he is a lifelong fan of the club and a graduate of their academy. Meanwhile, Salah is expected to receive a new offer from Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad at the end of this season.

Liverpool are yet to decide on a top-class winger to replace Salah, but they have several defenders in mind to succeed Van Dijk. Interested in Sporting CP’s Goncalo InacioTosin Adarabioyo of Fulham He has impressed Liverpool scouts recently..
