The handset features a 1.5K display and offers a compact form factor, indicating that this is the base variant rather than the typically larger, higher-end ‘Pro’ or ‘Ultra’ versions.

The emoji used in the Weibo post reportedly hints that the Xiaomi 15 may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, while the Oppo Find X8 and Vivo X200 may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. Meanwhile, the tipster suggested that Oppo and Vivo phones may feature a periscope telephoto camera feature.

According to the aforementioned report, Xiaomi 15 Pro and Vivo X200 Pro are likely to launch with vanilla versions. It may come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and MediaTek Dimensity chipsets respectively.

On the other hand, the purported Oppo X8 Ultra could be launched in China by early 2025 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC and satellite connectivity support. The OnePlus 13 Pro, Redmi K80 Pro, Realme GT 6 Pro, and iQoo 13 series are expected to launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC by the end of 2024.
