Realme GT 6 is expected to launch in India and other global markets on June 20. Now, ahead of the launch, the company has revealed several artificial intelligence (AI)-based features that will be available to users. -Box. The company bundled its AI features under the umbrella called Next AI and revealed that the smartphone will come with night vision mode, smart removal, and smart loop features. In particular, the terminal is believed to be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 6, which was released in China last May.
Realme GT 6 to offer three AI features at launch
First on the list is the AI Night Vision mode. The company claims that the Realme GT 6 is using advanced night video algorithms to enable this feature. The feature is said to offer software-accelerated image upscaling to help users capture bright, detailed videos. The company also shared footage shot using this technology and compared the results to the regular video mode on the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Another AI feature that users will try is AI Smart Removal. It allows users to select and automatically erase unwanted objects and people from the photo background. AI also fills in the background and blends it with the rest of the photo. On some smartphone models, Samsung, Google, and Oppo also offer similar AI-based object removal tools.
Meanwhile, AI Smart Loop feature will also be introduced on Realme GT 6. This allows users to select and drag any element, whether text or image, on the screen and quickly share it via third-party apps. According to the company’s microsite for smartphones, dragging an element opens a semicircular drawer that displays third-party apps and a file dock on the side. According to the company, the latter can be used to save things for later.

According to previous reports, the Realme GT 6 may feature a 6.78-inch OLED BOE S1 display with 1.5K resolution. It is said to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. In terms of optics, it can be equipped with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. It may also support a 6,000mAh battery along with a 100W wired fast charging solution.
