LifeSemantics blood pressure prediction AI ‘Canopy MD BPAI’
(Seoul = Larose.VIP) Reporter Cho Hyun-young = LifeSemantics, a medical artificial intelligence (AI) company[347700]announced on the 11th that it has applied for product approval for its blood pressure prediction AI solution ‘canofy MD BPAI’ from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
CanopyMD BPAI, developed by LifeSemantics through ‘Doctor Answer 2.0’, an AI precision medicine-related project hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, is clinically available when patients record their blood pressure through a mobile app at home for 8 weeks. It is a medical AI that predicts blood pressure 1 to 4 weeks later based on data.
In addition, the company explained that it will help medical staff manage and treat patients by providing information on risk and management adequacy evaluation.
Last month, LifeSemantics applied for product approval for ‘CanopyMD SCAI’, a medical AI solution that assists in skin cancer diagnosis, and is currently conducting clinical trials for hair density analysis AI, prostate cancer diagnosis assistive AI, and cardiovascular risk assessment software (SW).
