Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be launched in India soon. The company had previously revealed the design, color options, and key specifications of the Edge 50 Pro. It has been confirmed to be equipped with AI support functions and can be purchased through Flipkart. Now, Motorola has also announced the release date of the domestic model. The Edge 50 Pro is expected to launch as the Motorola Edge+ (2024) in the US, while in China it may be called the Moto X50 Ultra and may have slightly different specifications.

In a post from X (formerly Twitter), Motorola India confirmed that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will launch in India on April 3. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro comes in at least three color options – black, purple and a third cream and gray pattern option. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro appears to have a hole-punch slot in the top center of the front camera. Along with an LED flash unit, the phone’s triple rear camera system is set to feature an AI-enabled 50-megapixel primary sensor. For security purposes, the phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro display and camera are also said to be Pantone certified, which provides users with a realistic color experience while showing accurate skin tones. The phone is also said to have a generative AI theme feature that will help you develop unique wallpapers.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro is confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Previous leaks had suggested that the phone may come with 12GB RAM. It is said to be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery and supports 125W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
