The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra will soon be made official as the successor to the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. Ahead of the official announcement, the design was leaked through live images. The upcoming clamshell foldable phone appears to have a large secondary screen with a hole-punch design. It features thin bezels and dual rear cameras. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra will be available in three colors.

Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has teamed up with 91Mobiles to share live images of the upcoming Motorola Razr 50 Ultra. The handset looks identical to last year’s Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. The image reveals a large secondary display with a hole-punch cutout in the center and thin bezels. The flip-type foldable phone is black in color and equipped with a dual rear camera. The rear camera is arranged horizontally on the back panel with Razr branding at the bottom.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra’s model number is reportedly XT-24510-3. It may be available in 12GB RAM + 512GB storage option. It is said to be available in blue, green, and orange color options.

Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is rumored to be launched in some markets under the name Motorola Razr+ 2024. It previously appeared on the EEC website with model number XT2453-1. However, Motorola is yet to confirm details about the handset. Therefore, it is better to consider the rumors with a grain of salt.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra was launched in July last year at a price of Rs. 89,999 for the only 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant. It sports a 6.9-inch full HD+ pOLED internal display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 3.6-inch pOLED external screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, dual rear camera setup, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It is backed by a 3,800mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging and 5W wireless charging.

The Motorola Edge 40 is the successor to the Edge 30 released last year and was recently introduced in Korea. Should you buy this phone instead of Nothing Phone 1 or Realme Pro+?
