Manchester United have drawn up a massive bid and tempting contract offer to sign a top defender, Tottenham Hotspur are aiming to beat Barcelona in their search for a Bundesliga star, and Thursday’s Euro Paper Talk has updates on those linked to Liverpool. Included. ace.

Double Man UTD Proposal Tips

Manchester United are set to make a double bid to seal a deal for Juventus star Gleyson Bremer, according to reports.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe believes several parts of the United squad need to be strengthened if the Red Devils are to challenge for a top four place again after dropping to eighth this season.

United’s defensive problems were on display once again during Monday night’s horrendous 4-0 loss to Crystal Palace.

Jonny Evans has been unable to cope with Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, while Casemiro has performed so poorly at centre-back that Jamie Carragher has called for him to move to Saudi Arabia immediately.

Clearly, Evans and Casemiro would not normally be United’s first choice centre-back pairing. This is because players like Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, and Harry Maguire were all injured. But recent embarrassing results have shown Ratcliffe that improving his defense is a priority.

Several outlets have named Bremer as United’s top target to solve some of these problems. The right-footed defender is strong and fast enough to take on elite attackers, and is also good at driving the ball through the defense and helping to initiate attacks.

In April, it emerged that United were ‘obsessed’ with signing Bremer and could include Mason Greenwood as part of a player-plus-cash deal.

A replacement for Bremer and Greenwood now looks impossible, but the Serie A star is likely to arrive at Old Trafford in the summer.

Manchester United transfer: Juventus await offer from Ratcliffe

According to an update from Italian source Calciomercato, Manchester United have learned that Atletico Madrid are also interested in Bremer and have stepped up their hunt to sign him as a result.

Manchester United executives have prepared both a bid and a contract offer in a bid to secure a double deal and anger Atletico.

United are prepared to send Juve a €50m (£43m) offer for the 27-year-old, with a €10m-a-year deal (around £165,000 per week) also being drawn up.

Bremer would certainly accept the contract offer, but United would likely have to offer Juve more money to seal the transfer deal.

The Italian giants know Bremer is a hot asset and have initially priced him at €70m (£60m).

Obviously, some negotiations will have to take place between Manchester United and Juve for this move to go ahead. However, with the Brazilian being such an important target for United, it would not be surprising if Ratcliffe is pulling out all the stops to get a deal done in the coming weeks.

Bremer’s departure will leave a big hole in Juve’s defence. Because he has become a key player for Juve and has appeared in 37 games this season.

However, Italian clubs are short on money, so selling Bremer to Manchester United would be a huge financial boost for Juve. The Bianconeri have already identified Wolfsburg defender Maxence Lacroix as a potential replacement for Bremer should he leave for England.
