This leaves Arsenal as Sesko’s only suitors. Sesko’s agent Elvis Basanovic was in England during the spring trying to attract his client’s attention.

Sesko agent clears way for Arsenal
In an interview with SportsKlub, Basanovic spoke about the future of his clients.
“I would say Benjamin is under consideration for both the Premier League and Serie A. But out of respect I cannot mention the name of the club,” he admitted.
“We are talking about the best clubs. We have to realize that Benjamin is at a top club now. Few people realize how big a club Leipzig is. We will certainly have an eventful few weeks ahead of us.”
The 20-year-old has been offered a new contract by Leipzig that could either increase the release clause or remove it. His current contract runs until the summer of 2028.
“Benjamin will have more opportunities at the end of the season. But that’s his decision,” his agent said.
“We will suggest what is best for his long-term development. Leipzig are trying extremely hard to keep Benjamin. They have their say in terms of development and are also a big club with great conditions. They have powerful cards. Healthy development takes precedence over economic aspects.”
When asked where customers can go next, Basanovic added: “It’s difficult in Italy. [clubs] I can afford it [him] now. I’ve said a lot about it. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. The decision is up to Benjamin. It is our duty to make him an offer.”

Arsenal moves to sign Feyenoord goalkeeper
