The Vivo Watch GT was launched in China along with the Vivo S19 series on Thursday, May 30th. This smartwatch runs natively on BlueOS and features over 100 preset sports modes. It boasts a 2.5D borderless curved display and a functional rotating crown. The watch also comes with up to 21 days of battery life and e-SIM support. It features several health and wellness trackers such as heart rate and blood oxygen sensors. The smart wearable is also compatible with the Vivo Health app.

Vivo Watch GT price, availability

The eSIM + silicone strap option of the Vivo Watch GT is priced at CNY 799 (approx. Rs. 9,200) in China, while the eSIM + leatherette strap option is priced at CNY 899 (approx. Rs. 10,400). The silicone strap comes in Summer Night Black, while the vegan leather strap comes in white, sold in Clear Sky and White Clouds. The watch is currently available for pre-order through the Vivo China e-store and will go on sale starting June 14th.

Vivo Watch GT Specifications, Features

The Vivo Watch GT sports a 1.85-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED screen with 390 x 450 pixel resolution and Always-On-Display (AOD) support. It comes with Vivo’s BlueOS with several AI-enabled features such as AI Shorthand. This feature allows users to record voice files directly from the watch, which will then be synced and saved to the Atom Notes app. Along with other features, it also supports AI watch faces that can create watch faces based on the user’s voice guidance.

The newly launched Vivo smartwatch is equipped with optical heart rate and blood oxygen level sensors. The Vivo Watch GT helps you track your stress levels as well as your sleep and menstrual cycle. Data from these trackers is synced with and can be accessed through the Vivo Heath app. Additional sensors include acceleration, gyroscope, geomagnetism, and ambient light.

Vivo has equipped the Vivo Watch GT with a 505mAh battery that supports magnetic pin charging. When using eSIM with Bluetooth connectivity and battery saver mode, the watch offers up to 9 days of battery life, which drops to up to 3 days with regular use. The watch is said to offer a battery life of up to 21 days with only Bluetooth turned on and no eSIM in battery save mode, and up to 10 days in regular use.

Vivo Watch GT supports LTE connectivity via eSIM as well as Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, Beidou and NFC payments. The watch is also equipped with a speaker and microphone and features a functional crown that rotates. It weighs 33g and measures 45.8 x 39.6 x 11.2mm.
